By accessing JerseysFreak, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These Terms form a binding contract between you and JerseysFreak.

1. Use of the Site
You must be 13+ or have guardian consent. Prohibited: Hacking, unauthorized copying, or harmful content. We own all intellectual property (designs, logos); limited license for personal use.

2. Orders and Payments
Prices in USD; all sales final except as per Return Policy. Payments via secure methods; no liability for failed transactions. Custom orders non-refundable once production starts.

3. Limitation of Liability
Site provided "as is". We disclaim warranties for interruptions, viruses, or indirect damages. Liability capped at purchase price.

4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York (store address: Highland Falls, NY), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable US or New York law.

5. Changes
