All jerseys sold on JerseysFreak are fan-quality replica jerseys. They are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL team or league.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.

Promotions: Buy 2 jerseys and receive 15% off your order. Buy 3 or more jerseys and receive free shipping. Promotions apply to qualifying items only and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately. Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at support@jerseysfreak.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window, as orders may already be in production or shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. JerseysFreak is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping applies when you purchase 3 or more qualifying items in a single order.

For orders where an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email. You may choose a replacement from our site, or request a refund for the unavailable item.

7. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, with the original bag and paper tag attached.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • We accept returns for quality issues (e.g. wrong item sent, significant defects) or incorrect delivery.
  • Custom name/number jerseys are non-refundable unless there is a quality or production error on our part.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jerseysfreak.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

8. Custom Jerseys

Custom name and number jerseys are made to order. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases where we have made a production error (e.g. wrong name, wrong number, wrong color).

Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order. JerseysFreak is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of JerseysFreak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

Team names, logos, and uniform designs referenced on this Site belong to their respective owners. JerseysFreak does not claim ownership of any team trademarks or logos.

10. Limitation of Liability
