Refund policy

At JerseyFreak, we want you to love your sports jerseys. Under Consumer Guarantees Act 2019, all goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If they don't, you're entitled to a remedy. This policy outlines our process for returns and refunds.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at service@roadtoshore.comย with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll provide a return label (free for defects; $10 fee otherwise).
  3. Ship back to address we provided.
  4. Refunds processed in 5-10 business days via original payment method (minus shipping fees).

Exceptions

  • No returns on customized items, sale items, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., undergarments).
  • International returns: Customer pays return shipping; refunds exclude duties.
  • Store credit offered as alternative for non-defective returns.
